worst service from sisanda velem and bufalo toyata mthatha

a total useless institution which leaves our vehicles at a very risk. service advisor by the name of Sisanda velem rude and unhelpfull. i serviced a toyota hilux bakie with them on the 5 january 2021 . i was subjected to a poor service from the start until the very end.fisrt my appointed was not captured what followed was unappalling service. what frustrate me the most is finding the engen oil cap of the car not placed. which meant i drove a car with oil spilling all over the engen despite sisanda assuring the car was serviced and in good order. i would like to thank Ntombi Gobele who sympathised with me and made sure rhe car was looked at.other than that i was subjected to the worst service ever by sisanda
