Worst service from a car dealer in my life!

I had a terrible experience with Action Ford Citrusdal. Bought a vehicle and arranged delivery. All the paperwork was submitted and I was told everything was in order, so delivery was also on track. That was what I thought. The transaction was only submitted days later, and I needed to re-do all the paperwork. So long story short, I had to sell my car for the transaction so between my wife and I we only have one car now. We cant even take the kids to school. The dealerships still cant give me a delivery date, they cant even arrange for a demo/borrow car in the meantime. I was just met with a 'no' with all the proposals I put forward. Even tried to fly down to Citrusdal and get the car myself, but again, this cant be done. Lots of energy to get the sale done, worst service after the fact. Really disappointed! If I could cancel the transaction I would, but they know I need the car urgently.
