Worst Service Ever - Never to buy FORD again

<p>Took our Ford ECO Sport 1.5 Titanium AT (one year old, 25000km), which we bought brand new, back to the dealership twice for the shutter in the gearbox.</p> <p>The First time they tested the car - reset the software, and noted that if the problem persist we need to take it back.</p> <p>Took the car back after two weeks - gearbox had the same shutter. They had the car for two days - took plenty of road trips to test the car - but according to them there are no problems on the car.</p> <p>When we collected the car, they could not even get someone to test the car with me, and once again left there without joy.</p> <p>THE GEARBOX IS STILL THE SAME!!!!</p> <p>WILL THEY LEAVE THIS AS IS UNTIL THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, AND WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS.</p>
