WORST SERVICE EVER. HORRIBLE TECHNICIAN WHO UNDERMINES PEOPLE AND USES HIS POWER TO TALK RUDE ONTO CUSTOMERS

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!So today 13th Dec 2022 I took my car in because there was smoke coming out of the dashboard and my radio and screen monitor doesn't work anymore. Firstly, this incident happened last week Monday"5th Dec 2022" and I took my car in the next day and I was turned away because I ddnt book regardless that I have a car that is smoking. Fine I booked and was given a date for the 13th Dec and I went in and was assisted by Rene Breedt. I left my car in so be fixed and I was called and told they won't fix my car because I spilled some liquid onto the radio mind you this is a 2019 car and how the hell will I drive with a cup on top of my dashboard, driving with 4month baby. I was applaud by this and I drove the immediately and I met with the "technician" and I insisted they show me my car. So he started explaining why he " ASSUME" it's a spillage. And I told him that he needs to state facts not assumptions he rudely told me "DID YOU STUDY THIS". He went further to tell me that I had a wine glass and cup in my car which I quote " I AM A DRUNKARD" I was fuming. Firstly, it's my car and I have every right to put whatever. If I have a glass does it justify I'm a drunkard. And he said since there's a glass he assumes that it spilled and cause the whole thing. I was shocked. So he showed us the radio and were it burnt and I took pictures and Guys it doesn't make no sense at all. Where the radio part burnt is not even chose to the so called spillage he show us. The burnt part is at the back and not in front of the radio and how on earth did whatever I spilled went inside the burnt part were this no flow of the spillage. I took pictures as he couldn't explain that part as he was busying undermining me because I am a black female who didn't go to school and is a drunkard according to him. I was so angry
