Worst service ever experienced

Their service department is the most pathetic I've ever experience in my almost 35years of servicing vehicles. Either the consultants are not competent or that is the standard. I bought a bakkie from them 5 months ago. Nothing wrong with the first service but suddenly with the 2nd service the defects are close to R40000. Conveniently just after the 120000 km warrantee. My communication through email and telephone are just ignored.'
