Worst service ever

The worst dealership to deal with the used car Manager Eric is useless with no matter of urgency sold me vehicle not up to standard but nothing was done logged complaint still it’s my word against theirs. Top of it all I’m driving with expired disc been going there I’m sent from pillar to post it’s been 4months and the not delivering it’s always a story. I was told it will be sent today but now the driver is not available as I refused to go there since it’s far and I have been going there for the past two months and I’m told it’s not there waiting for sales person to enquire till this day nothing. It’s such a shame for such a reputable dealership it’s would hv been understood if I went to we buy car where you buy as advertised! If you want stress buy ur car at BMW Northcliff it’s the worst ****ty dealership ever.Nxa🤬🤬😡😡
