Worst Service ever

I bought a Opel Corsa 2019 from William hunt Edenvale last year august, since from April I have been in and out at the dealership trying to fix the car that is less than a year, 2weeks back the car spent 3days at the William hunt but the problem still persist, I had an issue on Monday morning- the car spent the whole day yesterday at William hunt and today it is the same issue again, i spoke to the guy by the name of Wayne De Wet and I am not getting any feedback- more days without a car- the inconvenience I am getting the answer I get is 'I don't know, Zama, they don't care how will I travel and dropping of the kids as well does not matter, I am so disappointed by the service I am getting from EDENVALE WILLIAM HUNT- I have to follow up now and then
