WORST SERVICE EVER

Yoooooo I am speechless when it comes to the service I got from Action Ford Roodepoort service department I first took my car to Ford in Roodepoort and it was not services for the 60 000 ks I was told it was already serviced and just not noted on the service book and what they did is put a note on the service book and they gave me the car back. Fast Forward my car is on 71 000 ks and its giving me warning signs for service and I called action ford to findout whats the way forward I was told to bring the car in for service. I sent my brother on the 24/03/2021 to take the car in for service and I called and spoke to Monique and I was told my car service will be covered by my warranty. Later on in the day I get a call from Richard saying i must pay R2600 for a car that was not serviced AGAIN. I told Richard I dont have that money since according to Monique my service was covered by service warranty. Richard told me he will remove the new plugs and oil he has put in the car and i said its ok but as soon as he hung up he was telling my father and my brother that he cant remove them so its obvious he will now be forced to pay for my service which was nothing but a lie. My car is not serviced and I have a car telling me engine service now and that is the great service that Action Roodepoort gives you. I dont know if they do this to me because of the colour of my skin because even when I called to complain all the so called manager did was to tell me the car isnt serviced and cut the call but what can we say besides warn people to never trust this dealership at all
