Worst Service ever!!!!!!!!!

Ford Krugersdorp is by far thee worst dealership/ business I have ever dealt with. The problem started when i took in my Ford Kuga (which i had bought from another dealership) because it was overheating. They then checked the car and said that it was not safe for me to drive so they have to keep for further assessment. I then called the Ford dealership which i had bought my car from and the offered to fetch the car to have a look at it, Ford Krugersdorp declined this offer. I was dealing with Quinton a service consultant, never in my have i been so belittled , he is arrogant , rude and aggresive. He never once called me to update me on the car or assessment for 3weeks, and when i call him he told me to wait for his call and i must remember that i had not booked in the car and it was not their car meaning it was not bought there. He treated me like ****. Only when i asked Ford Imperial to get involved did i get information that they had misdiagnosed my car and had taken the engine apart meantime the problem was the gasket. They had my car for about a month but no single phone call from them. I dont recommend them to anyone.
