Worst service ever

Worst experience ever, dropped my car of this morning at 7:30 for a service, just to collect it at 5 and nothing was done to it. They say they offline and can't do anything. Then the consultant told me my car is parked outside the centre and then gave me my key and told me "it's some where there" Apart from that they forgot to fetch me from work so I had to walk. I confirmed with the consultant at 3 o'clock that I need to be fetched and nothing. You can't call them for an appointment because their services stink so badly. Try it. It's even worse then calling government service provider. I had to drive to the centre to make an appointment.
