Worst Service - Action Ford Krugersdorp

My Husband bought a Ford Kuga from Action Ford Krugersdorp, ever since we bought the car we have experienced multiple problems. From Mechanical problems to engine problems. The cruise control didn't work after a while and it took them 3 weeks and no response from ford to fix the problem, we had to go there time after time and actually fight with them former Workshop manager Riaan...the dealer principal was never to be found.

Our problems didn't stop there after they did the actual service, pipes burst on the engine, after ford eventually fixed this, we got the car back and it over heated with no warning, no engine light, no indication of the needle going over work temperature nothing. We have since been told the engine would be replaced by Ford SA, now they changed their tune and the head will be replaced.... after trying to get answers from the workshop manager who never calls or calls you back. We have been given a 12month warranty if its fixed or 20 000km warranty. Worked out exactly when the cars warranty expires how interesting....

It is unacceptable, since day one Ford was fast enough and friendly enough to sell you the vehicle phoning you constantly, but the after sales and after care when it comes to service is disgusting...lack for a better word.
