Worst salesman and dealership ever

I bought a 2nd hand car in March, the salesman promised it had a full service history, when leaveing the dealership the day i bought it, i reminded him to furnish me with the service book asap. Untill today he has given me the runaround when i request the service book or proof of full service history. When i went to the dealership and asked to speak to the mannager, i was told he wasnt in but was referd to another person. There i was greeted by a arogant rude person and they give me the run around again asking for 2 more days to get me the service book. It is clear to me that the salesman **** to me about the service record and that the dealership wil lie and cheat just to make a sale.
