Worst Repair Center Ever

The worst repair center. They had my car for 2 and half weeks, no updates, no response to emails, no response to messages left. No one ever answers yet there's people there, wonder what they doing all day. Some functions in my car are not working, yet the car was just there for hail damage repairs. Insurers should save their clients some heartache by not referring them there. Poor service, lack of communication and unprofessionalism at its best.
