Worst place ever!!

Your branches are the worst!!!! Every single time i call Toyota West rand, the parts department is not available for calls. Ok called Clearwater branch, even worse. Spoke to 5 people before someone tells me yet again their parts department is not available. The first lady that answered the phone told me sorry she's on lunch. So how do you answer the phone if you are on lunch???? Tried cresta branch they don't even answer the phones!! How on earth do you people do business??? Mind you we are a workshop and make use of your services quite often but can NEVER be assisted over the phone.
