Worst experience

I app**** for finance on a vehicle that was already financed by another buyer and I was told I can take delivery of the vehicle I was even congratulated in front of my family by the sales person on \my new\" vehicle. The financial lady phoned me a day before I would have taken delivery to confirm my monthly installments and rent percentage from the bank I received my financing. The entire process of buying I had to phone the dealership for an update they never phoned me back after saying they would. The afternoon of the day before I would take delivery of the vehicle I received a short one sentience email from the sales person to say the vehicle was given to someone else. I wasn't even called I then rep**** to her email and sent it to the sales reps manager as well but did not receive any feedback. "
