WORST DEALERSHIP IN GAUTENG IF NOT ENTIRE SOUTH AFRICA

Possible the worst ever dealership in Gauteng if not in South Africa. I called them to make a booking as my BMW will not start and each time BMW SA has to jumper start my car. No service clerk to take my booking, left my contact details and no one ever got back to me. This is not the first time This dealership are most arrogant and useless and not care about customers at all. Called back asked to speak to the dealer principle told his not available. The telephone reception lady is the most unprofessional and has no manners. No use to log a ticket with BMW SA as they dealership does not care.
