Worst customer service from William's Hunt Pretoria

Hi All,

Wanted to share my frustrations with the kind of service received from William hunt Pretoria. It is very clear that the only thing they care about is getting the car off the floor. Absolutely nothing about customer service.

I get to drive all the way from Roodepoort to Pretoria for absolutely empty promises.

Talking to Used Car Manager got me nowhere. Two weeks later, still waiting for her call back...she's still looking into it I assume.

This is the last car I'm ever getting from them. They must just know they not getting any recommendations from me.
