WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MICHELLE!!!!!

I am a new owner of a vehicle of this brand. I am calling your branch VW Strijdom Park where I both the car from. A lady from reception called Michelle is absolutely rude and unprofessional, please contact me so you can listen to her call. She asked me a million questions before actually assisting me, and that to, she never did help me! Had the nerve to tell me "Its my vehicle and not hers" I am going to social media to complain about how I was treated on that call, someone needs to listen to it!!
