Worst after sales service

It took my new Isuzu D-max in to William Hunt The Glen on the 7th of March 2023 for its 15 000km service. I was informed that there is a recall on the front calipers which they had to check. I am sure in order to do so they had to take off my vehicles front wheels. A few days later there was a strange noise and vibration on the steering wheel. I took it back to them to have checked. They advised that one wheel stud was broken off and the other ones stretched. Therefore all need to be replaced. They said that they would call me in a week in order to arrange a date and time for the studs to be replaced. However I have had no communication from them and when I call them they keep on ignoring me. We are now in May and still no word from them. It is now so bad that I am not able to drive my vehicle. Worst after sales service I have ever experienced.
