Worse customer service ever

We wanted to buy a new car. I got my finance in place and of I went to Reeds N1 city because they had the car we want. I received the worse customer service ever from the whole team. It took them 5 days to sort the whole transaction out. The managers excuse are that I organized my own finance (since they did not deal with this company before) and that is the reason why it took so long. All though they were the ones wasting time and not supplying documents on time.<br> <br> I bought my first and last car from Reeds and will not recommend this company to anybody.
