Workshop Failer to diagnose

<p>I took my car for service on the 12 Jan 17. My car has squeaky sound coming from the engine, and I tried to explain to the after sale consultant that the noise is coming from either the serpetine belt or the tensioners and pulleys. She just wrote engine noise and later on they phone and say it's caused by tyres that are going out. Noise from going out tryes is different from the noise of a brake pad that is finishing which is the noise I am experiencing when I accelerate. I know my tyes are going out and they make a different sound. </p>
