Workshop and Management Incompetence

I have logged a complaint now with the customer service FORD SA You can go through it below.

I want to just say that we are UTTERLY disgusted in the service of

We are Utterly Disgusted with the Service of Ford Constantia in Roodepoort and for that matter with Ford Head Office for NOT knowing what is happening at that branch. That it is even open and functioning is amazing. I am NOT the first person to complain - there are many many complaints on Hello Peter and everywhere this should be addressed to Ford SA and they must sort their Constantia branch out!! What happened to the Customer Consumer ACT??

We have been asking for assistance from Head Office Ford SA - we just received an email from the branch to say Head Office, not going to assist! Now, the question would be if Head Office actually got the truth from Constantia because they are ALL so *********** it is NOT even funny.

Against our will we paid the outstanding 28k yesterday just so we could fetch our vehicle that has been there for over a year and a half and being sick and tired of the incompetence. We got there the mechanic's hand marks ALL over the vehicle after the DP said the car would be cleaned and washed. My husband called him and demanded they wash it, they brought it back 10 minutes later just as dirty. My husband threw a fit and told them it's unacceptable. They cleaned it again and gave the car to him. He took it to another mechanic to check it out - got there car doesn't want to switch off SO all the way back to ford. Got there some pipe not even on engine. They made us pay for bolts and nuts - WHICH they never even put on properly the whole bumper falling off. We DEMAND assistance in this regard and FULL refund from Ford SA - then YOU guys can deal with that *********** people you have appointed there, claim money back off them or whatever you feel fit. They should not be working there.......there are ***0 of people in the country without jobs that can run that workshop for you. I am also VERY VERY sure that I am NOT the first customer to complain about THIS specific workshop.

Whatever you do - DON'T take your vehicle to Action Ford Constantia!!!!!!!! Go to Eagle Ford in Randburg !!
