Work not done right the first time.

My vehicle went in last year for a problem on the gearbox and it got 'fixed'. 3 weeks ago my vehicle went in for the same problem and Ford did not want to fix the issue at their own cost so it had to come my pocket, because if they have done the job right I would not have been back there. I had to pay a lot of money to fix this problem and to top it of they never filled the brake fluid when they where done. I'm not happy at all about this.
