Wool over eyes

<p>My husband purchased a VW from Sue Naika ( Mcdulings VW ) -</p> <p>and signed up for an additional amount of money for what he thought was the maintenance plan , it appears a plan NOT VW was sold to him through some arb company which makes me wonder if there is perhaps some 'kick back ' for selling getting customers to sign for this other policy ? Not an accusation but a thought .The amount of trouble and inconvenience we have experienced by not having what we thought was the VW maintenance plan leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth it appears that you have to have your wits about you when dealing with ANYONE from ANY COMPANY big or small , I for one will stay away from VW after this whole saga !!!!</p>
