Williams Hunt the Glen worst service

Company not interested in assisting customers. Called in for parts, couldn't get through to "parts department" even though calling instructions made you select the department you were intending to call. They took my message to "parts department" and promised to call back. Upon not being called for 6 hours when I call back to enquire about the parts I NEED they are not working anymore, before 3pm on a Friday.
