Williams Hunt The GLEN (PENSIONERS BEWARE)... or GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE!

My dad's vehicle was taken into Williams Hunt the Glen for a 100 000km service the first week of January 2018. The parts removed in our understanding were still new, but they removed them anyway. We were told that a door would have to be stripped and taken apart to repair the window and a chair stripped (in the mean -time) these had already been repaired elsewhere. When questioned as to how they could be so dishonest at R1264++++ to look at door / window and that's without the repairs ............... quotation only! Our Pensioners need to be guarded against the "Wool being PULLED OVER THEIR EYES". It was a pity that when the Service Manager Responded to me he blamed his staff........... poor leadership!!!
