Williams hunt the Glen

Hi, I called Williams hunt the Glen to do a cambelt replacement I specifically asked them to qoute me since I was going to pay for it myself and they told me the price for the replacement and when I brought it in for that job I asked is the price for the job still the same as discussed tellephonicaly they rep**** yes I then left my car which was a Chevrolet utility after 30 to 45 minutes I received a call from them telling me that the price that they've quoted me was for the parts I said but I never asked for the parts I don't know who will change the cambelt for me so why would I ask the price of the parts when I don't even have a machenic. So they asked me if they should continue doing the job as this will result in me paying more than what we agreed on so I feel like they where trying to **** me as they see that I'm a first time owner of the car but they don't know I have owned other cars before please be careful this is their habit to just make u pay extra money by just literally lying and manipulate you. I was very clear of what I needed help with but they saw an opportunity to rip me of my money seriously they waisted my time and energy please be alert.
