Williams Hunt The Glen disgusting service

Williams Hunt The Glen - awful and disgusting service. Took my car cause it couldn't start to WH The Glen on 02/01/2019 in the morning. They did diagnose test the following day and found that the fuel pump relay needs to be replaced plus oxygen sensor and radiator was leaking. Filed a claim with my insurer, they called WH The Glen to send them pics of which they didn't. I called on the Thursday(03/01/2018) and they **** that they did sent the pictures of the components. I called again on Friday and they told me they're about to send pics to my insurer cause the mechanic just finished stripping of the car which was late coz my insurer don't operate on weekends. On my Monday(07/01) my insurer told me they won't cover the costs coz the O2 sensor & radiator was damaged on the collision and they don't cover any relays. I called WH The Glen and they qouted me on the relay and O2 sensor (R4 467) Told them no problem I'll pay it myself they must carry on and order the parts and booked the car for a 120 000km service, that was Monday(07/01), told them that i use this car to transport my sons (8 & 10 yrs old)to school, i had to take taxis and ubers to get to Kempton Park from Katlehong the whole week hoping for good news on Friday or Saturday. I received a call from WH The Glen on the 12/01/2019 telling me that 360plus confirmed about the service all they need to do now is to order the parts (relay and O2 sensor which was supposed to be done already by monday the 7th) and do the service. The lady apologised for not ordering the parts and qouted me for R4 516 They said I'll probably get the car the next Friday(18/01/2019) meaning i have to see myself out on transport to get to work and school for another full week.???

In need of your advises on what to do in this case. Travelling +120 km a day with kids via public transport is not safe and time consuming, they don't even offer me courtesy car for their delay.
