Williams Hunt Roodepoort Negligence

On the 23rd October 2018 i took my car for a service at Williams Hunt Roodepoort. The next morning i drove off to work and whilst at work i found out that the car's engine oil was leaking. I couldn't drive any further i had to be towed from Bryanston straight to Williams Hunt Roodepoort. The car was attended the next morning and i was told that the oil filter they put when servicing the car was cracked. I talked to the manager venting all my frustrations i faced the previous day and he told me that it wasn't their fault but the suppliers fault. He said all they could do was replace the oil filter. My question was do i have any thing to do with their suppliers? The situation almost cost me as the engine was going to be damaged should i have drove any further. I didn't get any apology and the manager was just mean. I wanted to be reimbursed for the towing charges but he said they won't do that since its the supplier's fault. I am not pleased with such negligence!
