Williams-Hunt Randburg (Poor service and false advertising, D-max 300)

Good day I recently saw an advert on Williams-Hunt website for a Izuzu D-max 300 LX D/C P/U (2019) selling for a reduced price of R 189900 (was R494400). On the 30th and 31st of May 2020 i used the online service to request more info (records available). On the 1st of June 2020 at 8am i received a call from one of the employees. He was shocked about the price and said that it can't be right. I informed him that it was the advertised price on their website (Luckily i printed out as the advert has since disappeared). He said he would get back to me. 10am i phoned i their was no answer at his extension. I tried again at 2pm and got no answer. 3pm i tried again and decided to speak to the manager after failing to get hold of him again. The manager informed me he would contact the employee and he will get back to me. 3:30pm i phoned again and the manager said that the employee just got back to the office and would phone me now. 4.20pm i contacted them yet again, this time i could not get hold of the manager. I tried again and got hold of the employee. The employee then told me that the car is incorrectly advertised on AutoTrader and they were also receiving inquiries. I corrected him in saying i saw this on their website NOT autotrader (again i have proof of this). I told him that it was the advertised price on their official website. I also said you don't go to pick n pay and if there is a price difference as advertised on bread, you can't simply say "sorry", They pay the difference (consumer protection act?). I told them that this was terrible service on two accounts. One that I had to do all the follow-ups form my side even though i was promised feedback (could have taken 5 minutes). Two they denied that it was the advertised price or that they have a double cab for that price. This was a terrible customer (or now non-customer) experience that i felt i needed to share.
