Williams Hunt Midrand - What a mess.

It is unfortunate that I don't see any replies to the clients who have taken the trouble to review. This review is therefore aimed at potential customers looking to make use of their service. For me Williams Hunt Is Williams Hunt and I really don't care what branch anyone refers to as the reviews on Williams Hunt is a reflection of the culture and overall client experience. Simple piece of advice - Stay away! Had my vehicle in for a service with 3 faults listed. None were attended to and two of them I was able to sort out after the vehicle was with them. Despite promises to call and honour a part on warranty, this does not happen. The vehicle was returned to me in a worse condition that I handed it over in, This includes the fact that they took it for a test drive on a dirt track. I handed them a clean vehicle and received the vehicle back in a state to say the least. I can only wonder what the quality of the service is if they are not able to resolve simple issues like a tailgate lock. In my case it is disappointing that a brand such as ISUZU is in bed with these people. If you still decide to make use of them after these review's - Good Luck to you.
