williams hunt humansdorp
I bought a VW Caddy Maxi,2010 model. Interior is in very good condition. The salesman was very nice and i asked him if the vehicle have even been involved in an accident, upon which he rep****. NO!!! He said i'm welcome to take the vehicle to be checked out and do some diagnostic tests. Ofcourse i was gonna do this. Once i got to Bloemfontein, the vehicle start showing some problems: Passenger doors not opening from the inside, airconditioning don't work, unusual oil consumption, which i reported to them upon discovering the problems. I made an appointement to get diagnostic test done, upon which Williams Hunt in Humansdorp refused to pay for the diagnostics unless it's done at a place of their choice.
I then took the vehicle to their proposed place to get everything fixed and apparently this place, FIXIT in Church Street, Bloemfontein, Michael Van Vuuren is the owner, did the diagnostics and he couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle, they tried fixing the doors, and told me they fixed it. Had to take it back to them 3 times.... just for the doors ofcourse. also had to take it back 3 times for the airconditioning that STILL isn't working at the moment. But they assured that there's nothing wrong with the airconditioning.
I then discovered that the vehicle doesn't have a wheelspanner and locknut toolkit. the dealership, WILLIAMS HUNT in HUMANSDORP,under management of WILLIE, still haven't replaced it. after i told them numerous times, via email, whatsapp, and telephonically about everything. Onroute to Springbok over December holidays 2018, i encountered more and bigger issues with the car in Kimberley. oil pushing back into water bottle. Upon discovering this, i immediately remained stationed at the garage where i discovered this problem as i was adviced by my brother not to drive it any further. i then called a friend to come and tow the vehicle to his place until i have contacted the dealership to inform them and come up with a plan. Upon which i did and they organised with the SAME person, Michael Van Vuuren to come and tow it to Bloemfontein. So Michael at Fixit in Bloemfontein, Church Street, is a panelbeater, towing business, mechanic(MaKeNiks). its been 2weeks and i haven't heard anything from either the dealership nor Michael at FIXIT. i then decided to call the dealership to enquire about the vehicle i bought i NOVEMBER 2018. upon which Charl Le Roux, the Salesman at Williams Hunt in Humansdorp said: He also is a man under authority, he can't tell me what's the situation but he will come back to me. So he went to find out, I had to contact him again to remind him to remember to let me know. In the mean time i requested a courtesy vehicle from WILLIAMS HUNT HUMANSDORP, and they assured me they will organise one for me. STILL HAVEN'T MATERIALISED. PROMISES EVERYDAY THAT IS NOT KEPT. Then they informed me i have to arrange my own courtesy vehicle from the mechanical breakdown policy in place, and i did. Upon which they informed me i don't have the option of a courtesy vehicle as part of my policy. A LIE AGAIN.
Williams Hunt Humansdorp is the worst of the worst. Bunch of *****. Willie is not taking my calls, always out of office when i call. The salesman, Charl Le Roux, can't do jack without Willie's permission, so basically, he is useless. Today, 14 January, a month and a half later, i am without a vehicle and still waiting for a courtesy vehicle. I reported the incident with WESBANK, which is another story in itself. They are in cahoots with the dealership.
Come end January, they expect an installment from me of a car i had only 7days in my possession. Wesbank just said: I have to make sure i honor my contract.
WILLIAMS HUNT UNDER MANAGEMENT OF WILLIE, IS A BUNCH OF *****, *********, *****S, AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE OF AUTHORITIES THAT SIDES WITH THEM SUCH AS WESBANK, THAT CARES LESS IF THEIR CLIENTS ARE HAPPY OR UPSET.
I WISH I COULD EXPRESS WHAT I FEEL INSIDE IN WORDS, BUT MY BETTER JUDGEMENT DON'T ALLOW ME TO UTTER WORDS OF THAT NATURE.
