Williams Hunt Fourways - Shocking Lack of Service

We purchased a 2019 Opel Corsa Eco in 2020 from Williams Hunt in Fourways.

Since we bought the car, the front shocks and mountings have been problematic, but the service division at Williams Hunt Fourways kept telling us nothing was wrong.

We then took the car to Tyger Wheel and Tyre, who lifted the car up for us and showed us the damaged shock mountings.

We have been trying to get hold of the Williams Hunt Fourways service division for two weeks now, to no avail.

Both André (services consultant), and Sivashen (services manager) have been "unavailable" and have not returned our calls.

This is the only vehicle my family currently has, and the car is handling so badly that I fear for our safety.
