WILLIAMS HUNT EDENVALE IS GARBAGE

Guys if you have any ounce of respect for your finances and time then please avoid using William's hunt Edenvale. Their service is shocking!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst service I have received from any company.

So basically my mothers car, an Opel, had a few issues with it. So naturally the car was taken in for repairs at William's hunt edenvale branch. The car has been there now for a month and a half ! Everytime I enquire about when the car will be fixed they seem to always have an excuse as to why they need a few more days or even a week. A courtesy vehicle was only then offered once my "first" complaint was made , which would come at a cost because the car is out of warranty. That information would've been more useful if I were first informed the car would be with them for more than a month! Instead, now more than R5000 has been spent on public transport and other means of transport for my mom to get to where she needs to be.

I never complain about any customer service and do stuff like this, but this service was so bad I literally created a Hello Peter account just to get this out there.

Please do not use Wiliams hunt edenvale. They are garbage.

Nothing reputable about that business....
