Williams Hunt Belville - be carefull

I dont ever give bad reviews as i dont beleive in focusing on the nagative, but being **** to on several occations i feel the need to warn others to stay away from this place.

I took my car in for a service 2 years ago, asked them to please also check the noise coming from my front wheel. On my way home after collection the noise was still there. I returned the next day where i was told that the car was test driven and there was no noise. After alot of back and forth and getting management involved. It was determined that the noise was a bearing. Noise. Which they replaced free of charge for the inconvenience.

Next year, car goes in for a service, i ask them to please rotate my tires, and do my wheel allighment. Get called multiple times during the day, to ask if i would like to replace my wipers ect. When i collect my car, i noticed that tires have not been rotated. Speak to the rep who swears that its been done, after alot of back and forth again. He admits that they didnt rotate the tires due to some dent on my rim, preventing them to do it. However had nothing to say when i asked him why they didnt call me to advise all those times they called for silly additions. But ofcourse they still went ahead to do the allighment and slapped that in the bill. Which i was upset with, because i would now have to have the dent removed, tires rotated and allighment done again...but somewhere else.

And this brings me to today. I have now brough my car to a different garage, as the noise from my wheel is back, only to be told that the bearing that was replaced is broken again (as i understand bearings should not be replaced every year or every second year if you drive to work and home only) so im guessing it was either done incorrectly, or it was a second hand part as it was done for "free" Also there is no dent in my rim, so the tires was rotated without any problem.

Just shows you this company has **** to my face on several occations and tried to cover up their lies every time. How do you trust a company that works on your car, and lies about repairs and services rendered. If my car is not save, i am not safe and the lives of my family is not safe. Thats all. No worries.

Needless to say. I will NEVER go back there, and i will NEVER recomend anyone i know to them. If you are brave enough, please double check everything. These people lie to your face. Dont trust them.
