Williams Hunt bad service

Bought new Opel Astra Essentia at Williams Hunt Fourways in January 2018. I have been complaining about bad ride quality. My car need new shocks. I have only been met by bad attitude and incompetence from Willuams Hunt and Opel SA contact centre. Two months have passed now. They don't want to get me new shocks. The car rides like 1980 tractor and they call it SA car of the year 2017
