WILLIAM HUNT THE GLEN

We brought a vehicle in July 2019, vehicle only had 3453 kms on the clock, on the 23 October 2019 We were travelling to Polokwane, approximately 189 km the back tyre blew and come completely of the rim, the tyre were not damaged, cut, nor were there an indication that the tyre were damaged. Which could cause the loss of everyone life due to vehicle loosing control, they were removed and spare tyre were replaced on the vehicle we contacted Linda Mtshali at William Hunt The Glen and advised him about the situation. Our case were revered to Brett Van den Brink which send the tyre for inspection to Continental Tyres for a report, there report stated that the tyre was caused due to being operated in an under inflated or completely flat condition which were completely speculations and not the truth, the tyre were check the day before which were not deflated or damaged. According to the warranty of ISUZU the tyre carries a 1 year warranty, due to the tyre bursting it caused damaged to the body of the vehicle as well as to the rim, They are not willing to replace the tyre which is clearly under warranty, Continental can not confirm that the tyre were damaged or cut before the accident and can only speculate and can not provide true findings. We were advise by William Hunt Fourways to take the tyre for two different findings and submit it to the dealership for replacements which is covered by the Warranty. DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIAM HUNT THE GLEN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND TRIES TO GET OUT OF WARRANTY'S.
