William Hunt Opel - Endenvale

I took my car in for service and later a warranty covered hand break malfunction, post that, the car has been leaking oil:

1. The oil started slightly and didn't really notice them and they've been getting worse

2. When I tried calling them, I got transferred from one person to another, burning my airtime and patience without success

3. I would leave my contact for them to contact me back and it never happens,that time the oil drip worsens

4. I wrote on their information tab, they called me,but didn't really care about my frustration. They were defensive and dismissive,and only told me to book the car in and if its not on warranty ill pay

5. They bluntly refused to acknowledge the timeline of events. And taking a car in at Edenvale, regardless if you booked, regardless if you first in line, you'll spend literally the whole day there i.e 7am to around 15h00
