William hunt Isuzu

So I have taken my car in that is 1 year old have 20000 km on the clock Been told thay will have to take out the enjin and get it replaced so I am stuck without transport and thay can not seply me with eny way off transport. So here is my problem no one phones me to give feedback on what is going on I have to phone them other problem is changing the engine I don't think that's fair I bought a new car now it's being vixed to 2de standerd meening different engine to what whas installed 1st i know I'm not paying for it but this is not fair to me as I am paying every month for a new vehicle. Will there not be a problem if it gets to paper work license paper if there is a difference between the engin and the body
