William Hunt Fourways bad service overall.

After 3 months and more then 53 emails I have finally decided to share my experience. This all started with the puchase of a second hand 2013 Polo TDI. After owning the car for just two weeks I noticed one of my wheel nuts is missing. In this period I was still wating for plates to arrive since i was driving with temp numberplates. I went to get the wheelspanner to replace the missing nut, as I opened the trunk I noticed that there was no jack or wheelspanner in the car. I informed William Hunt Fourways imediately. They sent a email back and said that they will replace the tools. It has been more than 3 months now with countless false promises made from their end, like ""The tools are with the courier company and should arrive tomorrow,"" it has been more than a month and a half since that promise was made and still no tools. Every week I email them to enquire about the tools and the false promise of "It will be there next week," keeps on popping up. Another problem that faced with William Hunt Fourways was to get my number plates. My temp plates had already expired and I still had no plates. They only arrived a week after my temp plates expired. I consider the car missing a jack and a wheel spanner as a safety hazard, since anything can go wrong at any time and then I will find myself stranded unable to do anything. Overall my experience with William Hunt Fourways has just been awfull, if I do not enquire I receive no updates whatsoever, and the updates I receive is just false promises without any actual service. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car at this business and expect them to actualy deliver on the promises they made and care for their clients.
