WILLIAM HUNT CENTRAL / PTA WEST VEHICLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I'm so dissappointed in William Hunt Central / Pretoria West. I took my vehicle for major service on 28 December 2021 and since January 2022 my vehicle started to give my extreme problems. It was not having any problems, only due for service because I have a service plan. My handbrake gave problems and cause minor accident that could have been worst. I requested a booking for a inspection on vehicle and then gave me a date of 23 February 2022 for inspection after the blaming game and not with poorly service delivery. My vehicle suddenly started to overheat and smoke came out of the vehicle while my wife was driving after they did full inspection on the 23 February 22. This is really really bad and I don't trust the dealership service department at this stage because my vehicle is in a terrible stage now. This is indeed uncceptable.
