<p>I was given a quote for the value of my car on line , & a "contact person " at the abovementioned company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Itook the car in for a futher inspection, & was given a value , which I accepted with any negotiation, as I am going overseas.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told which documents were required - the following day I brought the car back , signed a wad of documents , given a price - no receipt .</p> <p>Two days later I had to phone the company ( Jaco van Staden ) who said he would get back to me,as the "manager " Fabian Walker said the quoted price was going to be less , as the service book was incomplete, although I had just had a major service ,put in a NEW battery , bluetooth & the tyres were just about new.</p> <p>Fabian was called , & was EXTREMELY rude on the telephone .Iwas told that "there was NO WAY they would accept a carwithout a complete service record & that I should collect the car !!!</p> <p>When I went back to collect- no service book was in the car , or available !!!!!</p> <p>DO NOT do business with these people - they are rude & get your signature & then renege.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
