What a great experience

I don't normally come in here but thought I had to share this. I booked my car in for new rear brakes, simple task. <br> I was sitting having a cup of coffee waiting for my complimentary lift to a destination of my choice and noticed that not one person walked past me without the proverbial good morning greeting. <br> I was taken home in a plush 5 Series by a very pleasant driver and updated constantly by Beverley Throughout the process. <br> My car was finished at 2 and I was picked up at 2 on the dot by the same driver.<br> Shuttled back to Autobahn and was yet again greeted by staff, this time by name. <br> Beverley confirmed the replacement of the brakes as well as the fact that somebody had gone the extra mile and done a full oil service. <br> Epic. <br> Thank you Autobahn for restoring my faith in after care service, for your courteousness and for remembering my name. You made one hell of an impression today. <br> It's been a long time since I've seen such efficiency.
