WEISS VW Needs to close down due to lack of service

Weiss Vw needs to close down, they service with their staff attitude is ridiculous. I Called in to book my vehicle in for inspection and the lady says not worry your vehicle is booked and might not recieve the confirmation sms due to technical difficulties. The day that I booked my vehicle in I went to drop off my vehicle and they stuff says my vehicle has not been booked in yet the lady spoke with over the phone did not book my vehicle. I then speak with another at the dealership and she says she spoke with someone else to reschedule the booking but when I looked at the job card the details were totally incorrect, the details were for another but shows with my registration and history. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, it is the second time. I have emailed the ceo of VW regarding Weiss Vw with all the issues and lies that is been told. This is not the end. I was even told they can't help me the day I brought I'm my vehicle due to they fully booked and they close at a certain time.while I was at the dealership there was another that booked his vehicle in and was told his vehicle is not booked in, this is also very inconvenient to us but Weiss vw makes it convenient for them.
