Weiss VW Durban Terrible Service

I took my car for its 85k service to VW WEISS DURBAN, they insisted that it needed a 120k service. The service took 2 days. The day I picked up my car and on my home, full smoke came out of the engine bay. We called them and they did not accept any responsibility for the failure. I just picked up the car from what was supposed to be a major service. I had to run around and buy the parts at my expense because they conveniently did not have it in stock. Fast forward 2 weeks later my car is now worse than before the service. They introduced an oil leak which I never had before. I emailed them about and nothing. Never again am I going to them, they clearly are not customer focused.
