Weiss Stamfordhill are ghosting me

I've just bought a car recently at Weiss Stamfordhill durban with tracker pre fitted and I was told tracker company will contact me to activate but nothing has been done it's been two months now and I've been contacting my sales guy, his manager and tracker manger they all keep promising me but no result worst I've been charged for this fitment.
