was sold a un-safe car

had some feedback, Eqestra the Company under written by Autocare has managed to send out an assessor to the location of the vehicle, a week later received a email stating that they are not going to pay as they found that the cause of the support brings that is worn was caused by the Oil Leak, my reply to them stated that the leak could not have occurred if the Bering that is a sealed unit has in fact not failed, the main cause of this warn brings is because a sealed Bering has failed witch resulted in the leak.

so I'm 24 Days in now without a car, NO Feedback from the dealer that I bought the car 16 Emails in.

this whole issue turns back to the dealer I bought the car from as I bought the car with a Noise,, when this was mentioned to the sales person he said no need to worry it could be a small rattle they can sort it out when I bring the car for a service.

1st Service under my name the dealer stated that the Car is Un safe to Drive, so Myself and my Family have been driving a car that could have caused a serious accident with fatalities.

this is utterly frustrating. no assistance from Vw at this stage and the warranty just said sorry they are not paying.
