WARRANTY OF VW MEANS NOTHING

DAM PIST OFF is an under statement, I purchased a POLO VIVO TIPTRONIC 2013 MODEL from Weiss VW 2014 June with 37000km I was extremely blessed as it was my first car. After a few months while driving the brakes should lock while driving and the brake light would come on so I took it back to Weiss only to be told that the battery was low, so I asked \ HOW CAN YOU SELL A CAR WITH A DYING BATTERY"don't yourl check all of this before selling...but they did sort the problem buy charging the battery and in interim they ordered a new battery which took over 1 month to arrive by then I already purchased a bigger battery to avoid such problems due to it being a family car. 22 May 2015 the brakes and steering lock again on my way from the car wash with my son and I hit the pavement damaging my front passenger tyre"
