Waiting for Car Disc and Number Plates

In 2014 December my mother asked me to look for a car on her behalf. I found a Chev Sonic from the above dealer. I arranged the deal and she purchased a car. Little did we know. The car was used with 20 000+km on the clock and already had GP number plates. I asked for the permit they told me no need as i will get the Limpopo plates in less than a week before the end of 2014. We took delivery of the car and i have been calling and visiting the dealer for the disc and the number plates. I have been told many stories, I need to go do the licensing myself and i paid 4k + for that i told them never as i already paid. Spoke to the manager to complain he just kept on giving me empty promises<br> <br> We are sitting 3 months down the line i still don't have the license and valid discs for my mother's car and now is an issue as i also have to explain why this dealership is not delivering on their promise<br> <br> They don't care about after sales all their concern with is to see you leave the floor with the car what happen next is not their baby.<br> <br> I wasted too much airtime/petrol trying to sort this with no luck. They are acting as if they are doing us a favor to deliver the number plates<br> <br> <br>
