WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR PARTS

On the 27 August 2015 my Chev Cruze 1.6 went for a major service. Two weeks thereafter I found that the cambelt tensioner needs to be replaced as Reeds advised after they kept my vehicle in for 2 days. To date I am still waiting on the part. The noise on the vehicle is increasing and I would like my warrantee to be of benefit. <br> <br> I want them to re-do the major service as they are unable to produce the service or give the next service as a no charge . I cannot wait any longer as it puts strain on the mobility of my vehicle and is embarrassing..<br> The communication from the reeds branch is very poor as I have to continuously enquire on the progress.
